Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HomeVaultHQ, operated by Hitchens Group. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the household members you invite.

Subscriptions and payment

Access requires a paid plan: Monthly (£3.99), Annual (£39.99) or Lifetime (£150 one-off). Payments are taken securely through Stripe. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will deal with it fairly in line with UK consumer law.

Acceptable use

Use HomeVaultHQ only for lawful purposes and only for your own household's records. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or upload unlawful material.

Your content

Your documents and records remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display them back to you and your household.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service available and your data safe, but we provide it "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. HomeVaultHQ helps you keep track of dates and documents; it does not replace your own responsibility to meet deadlines.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
